Interact Spotlight is a recurring drop-in session for you to discuss a featured console with our Product and Support teams. It's an opportunity to ask questions, discuss best practices, and learn from other users of the product!

Guidelines

  • The goal of these meetings is for you to receive guidance on using the product being spotlighted.
  • You're encouraged to share any questions related to product workflows, key functionalities, and upcoming releases.
  • If you have a business-critical issue, please contact the Support team directly by raising a ticket.
  • If you have a specific training need, contact the Product Enablement team by submitting a training request.

Scheduling

  • Session times may be subject to change or cancellation based on business requirements.
  • If there are no attendees for a given meeting, the session will be closed after 10 minutes.
