Interact Support sessions are your dedicated time to connect directly with our Support team to help manage your platform experience. This collaborative session is designed to address open tickets, discuss potential roadblocks, and ensure you're getting the most out of Interact.

Guidelines

  • The goal of the meetings is for you to seek feedback on current issues that the Support team is already aware of.
  • You may discuss new issues, however, the likely response will be to raise a ticket.
  • You are free to delegate your attendance to colleagues, or anyone else you feel could benefit from attending, irrespective of Agency.
  • If you have a business-critical issue, we'll deal with that first and foremost, however, we advise you to raise a ticket before this meeting so that we can focus in on key objectives.

Scheduling

  • Session times may be subject to change or cancellation based on business requirements.
  • If there are no attendees for a given meeting, the session will be closed after 10 minutes.
